1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slot ("we," "our," or "us"), the appointment booking platform by Jalpi (KonceptWise Digital Media Pvt Ltd), including our website, booking pages, and mobile applications. By creating an account or using Slot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2Your Account

To use Slot as a business, you must register an account with accurate information.

• Account Security You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTPs confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accurate Information Your business name, contact details, services, prices, and working hours must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3Use of the Service

You agree to use Slot only for lawful appointment scheduling and related business communication. You must not:

• Send Spam or Abusive Messages Use WhatsApp, SMS, or Email notifications for unsolicited marketing, harassment, or any content unrelated to bookings.
• Misuse Customer Data Collect, sell, or share customer information received through Slot beyond what is needed to serve those customers.
• Interfere with the Platform Attempt to bypass security, access other accounts, overload our systems, or reverse engineer the service.

4Fees & Payments

Charges for Slot, including per-booking fees and optional add-ons such as WhatsApp alerts, are shown in your account and on our pricing page. Fees are billed as described at the time you enable a feature. Unless required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with prior notice, and changes apply from the next billing period.

5Customer Payments

If you collect payments from your customers through Slot, those payments are processed by third-party payment gateways under their own terms. You are responsible for your own pricing, refunds, taxes, and cancellation policies toward your customers.

6Your Content & Data

You own the business information and customer data you add to Slot. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7Third-Party Services

Slot integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google, Zoom, and payment gateways. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8Service Availability

We work to keep Slot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Notifications may occasionally be delayed or undelivered due to network or provider issues. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slot and Jalpi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost bookings, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10Suspension & Termination

You may stop using Slot and delete your account at any time from the Account Deletion Page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse messaging features, or leave fees unpaid.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Slot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
